Unethical Practices & Horrible Customer Service

If I could rate Tapjoy with 0 stars I would. They hardly ever payout on offers, including purchased offers, unless you send proof and plead your case. Even then there is no guarantee and their customer service is the worst. They are unreachable except by a ticket system which is a joke. It is very slow and many times they will say you have been rewarded but they dont actually give you the reward. I suggest using Tapjoy at your own risk and taking screenshots of everything since most likely you will have to plead your case and be treated like you are trying to scam them for rewards that you have indeed earned. Beware...
