U still owe me 150 coin and in still waiting u scammers wont change my review until then

I deleted Tapjoy long ago when I first had it because each time I opened the app it wouldnt work. Now it does the same, I open it and it stays in a blank page with a loading icon.

Tapjoy is impossible to contact! Any big rewards did not come through and I was unable to confirm email through the app to contact customer support. FRAUD!!!!!

This app is pretty garbage. Almost never gives you what you want.

This app has a tendency to not give you a reward, make you spend more than you would if you were to just by the currency in game, but I found that the download and runs almost always work and give you decent rewards for most apps.

Tapjoy is a friggen joke!!every offer I complete I never get any reward for completing offers. f u tapjoy!!!!!!!!

They dont get back to you, even after sending multiple emails showing I completed all steps, still havent received my in game items, or an actual response from an actual person, not an automated one. Pretty bad.

Similar to another review here. I completed an offer (godaddy 4.99 domain) never received my coins (1920). I emailed support through the app and got the standard email with directions. I followed the directions exactly and even gave more information than requested. It has been over a month and Ive gotten no response or results. Ive tried to respond to the same email just for the heck of it....still no results. The customer service for Tapjoy is abysmal. I plan to leave a nice review on any and all of their social media outlets since I dont see a resolution in the near future.

Try it if you want to pull your hair out waiting for an answer as to why you were not payed as per the agreement. You will wait forever

Im extremely frustrated with TapJoy these days. Back in May I made two purchases that they did not reward me for. Im missing 23,000 diamonds! How hard is it to pay out diamonds? Im not paying another dime through TapJoy and beware if you do. Ive had to contact the BBB and have yet to hear if they are going to reward my diamonds even though I have sent multiple screen shots of proof of purchase. Very, very frustrating. Buyer beware.

Not only are they scamming individuals, they are scamming advertisers. Many have lost customers over their failures and COMPLETE lack of customer service. BEWARE, and avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they would allow zero stars, thats more than these people deserve.

This app has absolutely no customer service. Ive done countless surveys and I NEVER receive the awards! I only get tons of spam emails! And when I submit tickets for my rewards that I have not received, they never reply back to me. Then it says I didnt even finish the surveys which is so untrue. Dont waste your time with this app, its a scam.

They ask for your personal information, credit card info etc but never grant you the diamonds or credits they promise to do. There is no way to contact their customer service and if you do they dont respond. Horrible and rip off!!

Its a shame seeing such cheaters in app store!!! They use other apps to rob your money.

I have been waiting and waiting (and waiting) for a response to my inquiry about missing diamonds and all I get is an automated response every single time ~ and THEN I get emails asking me to like them on FB and Twitter. Well...no. I dont "like" companies that dont provide customer service. Start responding to peoples inquiries and proving the rewards promised, and maybe Ill consider it. Until then, dont bother.

Whatever you do dont sign up for anything that costs money or take any of the "free" surveys. The surveys will just take you through click bait and to "free offers" in an attempt to get you to pay them money and theres no chance of getting points for any of that for the games you want the points for. The offers and programs that they admit will cost you money to sign up for, you will never see the points from those. They will use any loophole possible in an attempt to not give you anything. That is if the department that they call "customer service" even responds to begin with. They take a month or more to even get back to you in your "attempt" to solve your problems. Dont expect to ever see those game points. Its just a big scam and your inbox will be flooded with spam if you sign up for anything "free." SCCCAAAAAMMMMMMMMSSSSS

I have multiple unresolved claims against tap joy with little to no help then they tell me I already received rewards that I did not they believe the users are idiots that cant count do not use this app unless you just like spam and phone calls for nothing I have claims from over three weeks ago same thing you already received your gold I finally got a hold of an associate who has been very helpful in explaining what was going on and so far the gold that he promised showed up in the account immediately so I even added a star update I was told the problem with my account was fixed apearantly this is not the case I still can not get them to give my rewards they tell you want you want to hear then ignore your complaints avoid tapjoy if possible so still another day no rewards that they promised any good reviews you see for tapjoy I have no doubt are liars

Not giving out earned rewards. Contact them for help and all you get is an auto response saying the reward was received when it clearly wasnt. No human help, and they dont care.
