Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. After completing an offer through an app on my iPad to obtain gems for the game- I never received the gems. An email was sent to tapjoy to find out why. Initial response took about 2 weeks. I was asked to provide info about my device - which I provided. Another few weeks and never heard back.... I inquired again - After another month or 2 - never heard back. I submitted another request... After another few weeks I finally received a response which was that too much time had lapsed and my offer was no longer valid.... What a horribly managed app. DO NOT buy into their offers. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!
