Questionable
I would definitely not use this service if you have not already. Reason if something goes wrong with your transaction, consider yourself royally screwed. I have two pending transactions, I followed the guidelines, and never received my compensation. I then reported the issue to tap joy. I received an automated email with instructions. I followed them to the letter. Showed all proofs of purchase , screen shots etc... Then I received my purchased items in the mail. So sent a picture of me with the items and packing receipts. Still nothing , no phone call , email, NOTHING. So until they correct the obvious issues of no customer service I would never dare to use this app again. And shortly if I dont get a resolution I will delete the app and all apps associated with them . Just beware and dont say I didnt tell you so !!!
