Doesnt pay diamonds every time

Im extremely frustrated with TapJoy these days. Back in May I made two purchases that they did not reward me for. Im missing 23,000 diamonds! How hard is it to pay out diamonds? Im not paying another dime through TapJoy and beware if you do. Ive had to contact the BBB and have yet to hear if they are going to reward my diamonds even though I have sent multiple screen shots of proof of purchase. Very, very frustrating. Buyer beware.
