I have been waiting and waiting (and waiting) for a response to my inquiry about missing diamonds and all I get is an automated response every single time ~ and THEN I get emails asking me to like them on FB and Twitter. Well...no. I dont "like" companies that dont provide customer service. Start responding to peoples inquiries and proving the rewards promised, and maybe Ill consider it. Until then, dont bother.
