Holy crap why do you guys lie about stuff on here!? Like seriously I just spent 20 minutes installing and completing a survey and I didnt even get my fricken gems in My Singing Monsters, and got nothing! Whats with that?!? Deleting this app right now

All of a sudden this app no longer works. It wont load up. Keep getting the following message There was an error connecting to the server, please try to refresh. Unfortunately theres no refresh button to press otherwise I would. Re downloading the app doesnt correct the issue. My internet connection works so its got to be the app. Very disappointed...

Just doesnt want to work. Gems not being given any more, and no help to resolve the problem. STAY AWAY.

After a couple of week, the app still doesnt work but tapjoy still send promo email for special offer, What a waist of time! App deleted Retry after 2 months and still not working (since before Christmas)

I had contacted tapjoy customer service because I wasnt getting credit for their offers on a game I play. They suggested downloading this app so I can check the status of all my offers. All it says upon startup is "there was an error connecting to the server, please try and refresh" I did. About 10x. Even tried switching from wifi to network and back. No Joy. Useless app.

whenever I try to connect, it says "error connecting to server". I even tried using 3G instead of wi-fi and it didnt work. Worthless app.

This app and website no longer work in canada at least no answers to requests nothing its like they just took the money and ran what money you ask the advertising money

Currency is awarded inconsistently - regardless of if you complete the task associated with it. Even if you take screen shots and have proof you completed the requirements, they might deny you what you should have been awarded. My advice? If you use the program, be prepared to not receive the points you should be entitled to and take LOTS of screen shots in case you have to appeal (in my case about 75% of the time). If you use the program/app, participate in the offers youd normally participate without expecting the rewards. Then, if you actually receive the rewards, you can consider them an extra bonus and not feel like youve wasted your time.

This advertising tool fails the end user and serves the advertiser very well. In exchange for some app credits you agree to participate I. Advertising or even buy products. Once you do, the credits you were promised are DELAYED or NEVER GIVEN. But the sponsors got what they wanted. Average wait for credits is 2 weeks. Many times there is no payout to you. AVOID this app unless you like the short end of everything they have to offer.

Worst f*cking app and company ever

The surveys that tell you they are "looking" for one for you... But you have to answer a bunch of questions before hand. Some VERY personal questions... If you answered those questions.. You just gave them the answers they needed. And gave you nothing in return. And be careful! Some of these "free" offers are scams. Highly doubt Tapjoy or any other app like that really cares about your information. Signing in through FB lets the apps have access to your personal info. Now a days the word "free" is loosely used. Nothing is free in any app now a days. Good luck!
