What a crock!!! Promise after Promise but never produced any results. I did enough to supposedly earn 2k runes in riders of berk but never received the rewards. I will never return now it is telling me I have earned NOTHING!!!!!

They make owe me so many gold for the stuff Ive downloaded its not even funny. Never use this app!

This app/company is a joke and their customer service is a joke. They are nothing but a rip off that just wants to correct her information and money but never give you any rewards. If you contact customer service they either never respond to you or BS you. So they dont have to have you any rewards. Then if you have screenshots proving you did the offer they still refuse you. Theres a big lawsuit about to be on them and the BBB is looking into all the complaints.

Very convenient, but one I start an offer and dont finish it gets locked and I cant finish. ANNOYING!

Ive come to the conclusion that actually is ruining the fun of the actual games sending you on escapades in order to earn the rewards that never really amount and becomes a constant battle with the company itself for everyone reward that may actually pay theres 10 that dont they just collect your information and call you obsessively Ive even heard horror stories of people showing up other peoples houses as well as having to get restraining orders for being harassed no Im not joking I read this its true actual person posted it. You cant win with this company no matter what they dont respond and if they do its just to deny you. Dont bother to battle them they will block your device ID number and you will no longer be able to access it they did it to me because I complaint to the Better Business Bureau about them. Then I asked repeatedly to be unblocked to no avail not even a response. Lets stop giving tap joy the right to abuse us. Erase it from your phone you also erase the phone calls at 3 AM from the solicitors Who call every hour on the hour. Im done with this company.

Downloaded this app because I love walking dead road to survival and tapjoy lets you earn free in-game currency. The tapjoy function in the walking dead game to earn this currency keeps crashing the game so I downloaded the app and its functionality is simple but the rewards for carrying out actions arent always given to you. Ive downloaded apps, taken surveys, etc. and only half of them resulted in giving me the rewards I was promised. Yes you can still get free in game currency but you wont the rewards youre promised for the effort you put in. *update Now all the surveys Im being given via the safari browser courtesy of this app have me answering questions for 5-10 minutes, THEN they tell me Im not qualified to take the survey. Half of them are poorly formatted for my iPhone. *update v 2.0 NOW almost every survey goes to website run by sample cube which doesnt work at all on my iPhone.

I would definitely not use this service if you have not already. Reason if something goes wrong with your transaction, consider yourself royally screwed. I have two pending transactions, I followed the guidelines, and never received my compensation. I then reported the issue to tap joy. I received an automated email with instructions. I followed them to the letter. Showed all proofs of purchase , screen shots etc... Then I received my purchased items in the mail. So sent a picture of me with the items and packing receipts. Still nothing , no phone call , email, NOTHING. So until they correct the obvious issues of no customer service I would never dare to use this app again. And shortly if I dont get a resolution I will delete the app and all apps associated with them . Just beware and dont say I didnt tell you so !!!

Ill admit that the concept Tapjoy has, is great. But their offers rarely work and their customer service is worse than the nastiest fast food joint youve ever been to, or heard about. Dont waste your time with ANY of the paid offers, as the rewards will be inexistent. Besides, would you want to give such a poorly rated and untrusted source your personal info. If I could rate them less than a star or zero, I would. Id actually rate them in negative stars.

I absolutely hate this company, I have dealt with them on many occasions and every time their customer service has been idiotic at best. Not to mention most of the time I dont get the reward they claim to give.

I am so sorry I fell for this. So many of the options do not produce rewards afterall. It seems to be an information seeker. The companies that advertise do not care either. So very disappointed. I am deleting this app NOW.

Never have I gotten credit for the offers Ive completed without having to send a dozen emails. If you do get a response, its weeks and weeks to either get what they promised or no response at all. I finally quit doing the offers it was such a joke.

I cant believe the FTC hasnt shut this company down. They promise rewards for completing surveys, but your surveys never end so you never get the reward. Instead, you end up wasting literally hours giving up your personal information. When you get to the end of a survey, the last question requires you to complete a new survey, its like survey inception going deeper and deeper but without the kicker to actually end the process. Unless you have five hours a day to devote to getting the equivalent of $10 in rewards, dont waste your time!

So I downloaded the app while the app was being downloaded I was reading the review comments and shortly after reading the comments I decided that the app doesnt even deserve me to open it as I dont want to be let down I will just delete the app without opening it !
