So many pool cash that i never get!

It keeps saying try refreshing

Doesnt work. Says error with server every time I try it.

I was told by customer support to download this app in order to get in game rewards, and the app NEVER works. Keep getting the same error message: cannot connect to server. Very very very frustrated!

I had the tap joy app on my phone for just over three weeks. From the first time I opened it it said "Unable to connect to server. Try to refresh." I tried at least 3 to 4 times a day but kept getting this same message. There was no refresh button to be found so I closed and reopened it assuming that is what they meant by refreshing. Nothing worked. I thought about contacting tap joy but as they cant seem to help me with an issue Im having with not receiving game coins for completing offers in a crossword game I really enjoy, I highly doubt they would be competent enough to even understand the problem with their own tap joy app. It does seem to be a scam. That or it is operated by inept or just plain ignorant people. I have to give it one star so I can submit my review. If it were possible I would give this a minus rating.....oh well..... whatever.

So I just— literally five seconds ago— got the app and the first time ever I click on it it says it cant connect to the server. My wifi is 100% working and the app wouldnt load at all:( Its terrible and doesnt work

The app keeps telling me for the past 5 months that it "can not connect to server"

Had to play some stupid game till I got a a certain level took and hour and I didnt even get my damn currency even 3 days later and it said it could take up to an hour .......... Boooooo

When ever I open this app I have to put my email again every time I open the app

I am using this app because I never received coins from a game I play. They told me to download this app and it will help me get my coins. But every time I open it it says it cannot connect to server even after I deleted and reinstalled it. I recommend to stop playing games that use tap joy they do not care about you. Their tech support has not helped me at all. I feel extremely cheated.

If you enjoy wasting time with broken links, apps that dont pay, and alleged "free" apps (credit card required) this app is for you. Save your time and frustration and just buy credits within your app rather than earning "free" credits with this piece of garbage.

Service is good. I use it for next plus. Everything is working great except one thing. Everytime I want to watch a video I have to scroll down 5 pages (and each page has to load). What would make this app great if there was an options bar at the top of the page asking what thing you want to complete (eg: offer, video. If that gets fixed I would recommend you to everyone I know.

It works fine, but, seriously, just use the browser version or the link in the app youre getting rewards for. The support is much easier to use from the version in the apps. The Tapjoy app had every app Ive ever downloaded to get a reward and have since removed, and you can only "hide" them on the list, not remove them. Every place you can access Tapjoy from could use a sorting option (video, paid, free, etc). Be prepared to have some patience and, when in doubt, take screenshots.

I used this app before but not I get an error. It said me "There was an error to connecting to server, please try to refresh" I tried everything but didnt work. Add a help desk to send you these problem. I hope you will fix this problem.

Dont do offers called free trail or any offer u need to pay. they do not confirm the offer and you cant prove that cuz offered site dont send you any mail or bill its just a trick!

Its saying refresh all time!!!
