I would definitely not use this service if you have not already. Reason if something goes wrong with your transaction, consider yourself royally screwed. I have two pending transactions, I followed the guidelines, and never received my compensation. I then reported the issue to tap joy. I received an automated email with instructions. I followed them to the letter. Showed all proofs of purchase , screen shots etc... Then I received my purchased items in the mail. So sent a picture of me with the items and packing receipts. Still nothing , no phone call , email, NOTHING. So until they correct the obvious issues of no customer service I would never dare to use this app again. And shortly if I dont get a resolution I will delete the app and all apps associated with them . Just beware and dont say I didnt tell you so !!! May 11, 2016 Update..... After a month, emails back and forth between tapjoy and the involved vendors , I finally received my rewards . So I changed my one star to three. I am afraid though if I had no complained I wouldnt have received my rewards. Going forward I may or may not use the service, time will tell. Last note screen shot the order, receipt, package when you get it unopened, then a picture of the package its contents with your face also in the picture. Good luck....
