You have to spend money in most of the offers, free offers reward very few diamonds, and consistently fails to reward you after completing offers. Its all one big rip off. Screw Tapjoy.

There are a few offers that do work, yet most of them wont, most of them are the surveys, in which they leech you tons of info, they get ahold of you email to fill you with spam and then they say youre not eligible and your rewards are not sent, some apps as well scam you by downloading their Games and apps, Make you play for hours to fulfill An objective that at the end tapjoy decide that you didnt acomplish. At the end if you manage to get a lot of rewards in a way or another they stop sending you what you deserve after watching a video for example. that is why tapjoy is a scam machine and an info leecher that doesnt respect any of its users and associate developers.

This app is absolute garbage, it is with no doubt in my mind the worst app in the entire App Store, it really is garbage! and I mean it, absolute garbage! most of the time you do not get the rewards after completing offers, even if you spend your hard earned money you will still not get your reward, you may also complete surveys for literally an hour only to be kicked out because you didnt qualify after you answered the entire survey, and I always carefully read and thoughtfully answer every single question but is irrelevant to them, they will still crew you up, and if you contact their customer service they will never resolve the issue and simply choose to ignore any requests, even after they ask for proof and you send it to them, they will not get back to you at all! they will simply ignore you, they are a scam and scum all at once, and is funny how after I posted my review on my iPad they banned my IP address almost immediately, is almost hilarious, I feel the need to warn people so they dont make the same mistake I did by thinking that this app would work eventually, it doesnt! they are scum, it never works and it never will because they are a scam, do not waste your time with this app, youll regret it, trust me, I did.

This app is a scam! Do not download this app, its a scam, it doesnt work! Trust me, it doesnt work at all, there are no other alternatives and this app doesnt work, you are better off spending your own money than wasting your time with this scam.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. After completing an offer through an app on my iPad to obtain gems for the game- I never received the gems. An email was sent to tapjoy to find out why. Initial response took about 2 weeks. I was asked to provide info about my device - which I provided. Another few weeks and never heard back.... I inquired again - After another month or 2 - never heard back. I submitted another request... After another few weeks I finally received a response which was that too much time had lapsed and my offer was no longer valid.... What a horribly managed app. DO NOT buy into their offers. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!

Most surveys dont work. Most things like visiting websites or completing quizzes or purchasing a certain deal only work if after you complete the action you click the button in the top left corner that says back to Tapjoy so it can immediately transfer the points. Otherwise you are out of luck. Watching videos and downloading and opening apps or playing games to a certain level almost always works though. Its a pity that the things you end up paying a lot of money for are usually the things that have the errors.

Seemed to work fine but all of a sudden I no longer get credit for ANY videos that I watch. I know how to use the features accurately since Ive been using them for awhile. But now no matter what I do, videos which is what I mainly did no longer give any credit. Pathetic app...

Give me my prize barely works if u update it and it works all the time this will probably be one of the best apps.

EACH TIME I OPEN THE APP IT ALWAYS DAYS IM NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET OR NEED PREMMITION BUT I HAVE 3 FNEN BARS!? WHAT THE HECK?!

This is all a scam!!! When it said to wait 24 hours it never gave me an award. Do not get this app.

Total rip off and waste of time. One, you never get any of your free credits.. The surveys are a waste of time because you get half way thru them and they disqualify you after you gave them all your personal info. A lawsuit that I might start up.

This app is complete crap barely any offers actually work and you have 10% chance to get rewarded. You can report your reward is missing but they only answer to a few. They own me a lot of diamonds for covet fashion. This is a crappy app. FRAUD

This App is Horrible!!!!!! For one reason it would not let me play!!! I went to create account because Im new to this app I just got it today. So I typed in my email

I used to love tapjoy for free gold but anymore they dont give out the rewards for completing the offers and then when you contact them about it they claim u have been given the reward and then close your ticket without actually paying out rewards so all in all no stars and F**K tapjoy

I love tapjoy as Ive received tons of I game credit from them. However, they need to monitor some of the offers as many are borderline scams. The free trial offers are especially fishy. Most require you to call and cancel where their representatives will often be rude and will try to barter with you to continue their service. Many offers wont pay out but their support team is good so often times if you send in a ticket they will reward you. Dont enter in your real phone number or companies will call you ( often super early in the morning). Fake credit cards help too because as I said many offers are not trustworthy!

Sometimes you will get your bonus credits/coins and sometimes not. Their customer service is terrible.

I used to love tapjoy, and at one point I wouldve given it 5 stars. However, since February, none of the offers are paying out. I have sent emails with proof of completing the offers, but they never respond. I even spent money on one offer, and still no response or reward. But they sure have no problem selling my email address
