I have installed this app, which is required to earn the rewards. But the site didnt work anyways. This is frustrating!

They do not work as they must! Dont wait for your reward if you have completed some harder tasks than just watching ads!

Fix it please no connection to server

The Best for earning what you want

After taking advantage of TapJoy promotional offers, I had to dispute two different credit card charges that were unauthorized. Also, I did not actually receive the in-game credit from completing offers. Avoid this company.

I would give the app 1 star, but I have received diamonds for my game before.... What really upsets me about this app is that my game was offering double rewards.. I proceeded with an offer, followed the directions to a T... And was NOT rewarded my diamonds. And I paid money. NO ONE will get back to me from their customer service... And I have sent them the screen shots showing that I did, indeed, follow the instructions. Terrible app and will not ever use it again.

I have contacted support multiple times, sent them my proof and never heard from them again. Worst part is that it doesnt renew! Once I contact support and they dont pull through, it just stays "Contacted Support on this date" for the rest of eternity! Unfair. Its not my fault they dont give us offers that work.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Since I downloaded this app its been non stop calls from telemarketers and scams! If I could leave 0 stars I wouldve. Waste of space app.

Tapjoy will reward a small amount of the offers when completed. However there are so many I have completed and not been rewarded. Forget about support. Its all automated and the phone number provided by them is for emergencies only. They wont answer. So, if you decide to use this app....beware!

What a scammy app. Recently I made a purchase via this app and was supposed to earn over 10000 points, and never got it paid out. Emailed them multiple times with no response.

This has been very disappointing experience, because there are no instructions on this app explaining how the rewards are earned, and that once Ive completed an offer for one category, I will not receive any rewards if I choose a different offer from the same category. Ive put my private information, that companies pay money to obtain on multiple web sites,but when I submit a ticket for a missing reward I dont even get a reply!

I wish I had read these reviews before putting much time into this app. As almost every other reviewer has noted, this app uses false advertising and doesnt deliver on rewards. I received rewards for the first few offers I completed, they were only for small things like watching a video and gave very little points. Since then, I havent received rewards for anything and have had no response from customer service. Even after sending them screen shots of a completed offer or a message from a second attempt saying Im no longer eligible because I already completed it. The only response I ever received said they were closing my case because I hadnt responded to them - but they had never sent me anything to respond to. Checked my junk mail and spam folders, nothing there. And no points rewarded. The BBB gives this company an A- but the majority of complaints filed against them were listed as unresolved by the complainants. Im honestly not sure how a company can get away with this kind of false advertising, failing to deliver the only thing they claim to offer, and total lack of response from customer service.
